Dear Committee members!

Today NinjaRobotPirate's inquiry into my alt account escalated into a CU block, that was reverted quickly, but by another mistake the unblock request is still declined as "Confirmed sock puppetry". Voicing my concerns regarding his admin action as allowed and required by WP:ADMINABUSE, resulted in revoked TPA again by the involved admin, who blocked me in the first place. Within 30 minutes 2 more not-so-friendly talk-page-stalkers visited. I feel harassed after these events.
I understand the admins, who seem to be inclined on blocking me, are influential, long-term admins, who give great service to the community, and these cases of admin bias are negligible.
Yet, there are clear policies to prevent this happening, and if ArbCom cannot protect a new user from this harassment, then who? As we have seen in the last 2+ weeks there are admins, who would add more blocks, but no admins, who would go through the tedious process of unblocking. The admin cabal might be a myth, but these editors and admins certainly work well together.
I wonder if ArbCom intends to do anything after these unfortunate events.

To recall previous incidents, strongly related to today's events:
This resulted in an unnecessary, one-sided 24h block for me, 10+ hours after I left the EW, and made an ANI report instead of continuing the EW. I've detailed that event in a previous email to ArbCom.
And followed my edit on yet another page within 4 minutes.
asked help from El_C, who was aware of the previous EWs, but I only received a response, that I understood as a threat to keep me from seeking resolution for the hounding, therefore I let it go.

Regarding my last email sent 3.5 days ago, before NinjaRobotPirate's inquiry: if it reached the committee, then an acknowledgement would be appreciated. Please excuse me for expecting a simple confirmation within a day, but even WP:ArbCom promises that "Messages are normally acknowledged by an arbitrator within 48 hours."
As usual, please acknowledge receiving this email.

Yours sincerely,
Aron Manning

This is to acknowledge receipt of your message, the contents of which have been circulated to the committee for consideration.

I have made a note of these accounts on our internal list. Please note, you have already publicly linked on your user page --redacted-- to your main account, Aron Manning. In looking NinjaRobotPirate's question to you which was in response to your unblock request, NinjaRobotPirate is a checkuser and has access to view all accounts you have logged into, whether you choose to publicly declare them or not.

For the Arbitration Committee,

Dear Committee members!

Per WP:ALTACCN I'd like to declare - only to the Committee - alternative accounts that I do not wish to link publicly:
--redacted--
--redacted--

Naturally I did not and do not intend to use these accounts inappropriately. A recent peculiar inquiry made necessary to declare these, before it would be turned into another reason for a block. Please treat this information privately, thank you.

Please confirm receiving this letter.

Yours sincerely,
